Sofia faces a crisis when her family-run café is threatened to be taken away by the intimidating mafia capo Marco Denaro. Sofia accidentally knocks Marco unconscious with her car that night. Marco wakes up with amnesia and mistakes Sofia for his savior. To protect her café, Sofia hides Marco's true identity from him. With no memory of his past, Marco transforms from a fearsome capo into a gentle servant. He and Sofia fall in love with each other. However, as their love deepens, Marco regains his pre-accident memories and forgets about his romance with Sofia. Marco returns to his mafia life.
