STORY

Story of the series

On the very day Raegan drew her last breath, Nate was tying the knot. Nate, the son of the Shen family's driver, had been the object of Raegan's compassion due to his impoverished background. She had included him in her daily Maybach rides to school, paid for his needs with her own card, gifted him with high-end luxuries, and even handed him the company her father had left behind. While he indulged in the wealth she provided and was in a romantic relationship with another, doting on his girlfriend like a queen, he treated Raegan as a mere servant... When Raegan, stricken with a severe illness, asked to borrow some money from him for treatment, he replied mercilessly, "The years I've been entangled with you have been my nightmare! Raegan, just hurry up and die." She did die! And it was only at the point of her death that she learned the capital's crown prince, whom she had once rejected, had been waiting for her all this time...
