Arina is about to marry the love of her life, Nathan, but runs away at the wedding after learning just a minute prior that she has a terminal illness. She goes far away to Switzerland to seek treatment. Four years later, as Arina prepares to undergo euthanasia, she learns that Nathan has come to Switzerland and decides to see him one last time. However, Nathan arrives to meet her accompanied by his pregnant wife.
